Senior Java Developer

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer, for an Energy Tech project with one of our clients. Our client has created products that provide decentralized power generators (Cogen, Wind, Solar) for organizations with high energy demands, providing possibilities to access the open energy markets, reduce their energy costs and convert energy into an additional revenue stream.

As a Senior Java developer you will be required to meet the following criteria:

• BSc / MSc in computer science or other relevant study;

• Minimum experience of 5 years as a Java Developer;

• Experience with JEE, Angular, JSF and databases;

• Excellent English;

• Flexible, communicative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and accurate;

• Interest or experience in the energy sector or trading is beneficial

You will work on the different functionalities and modules of the products. Collaborate closely with the Senior Architect with the complete research and development team. Furthermore, there will be contact with customers in order to design and implement the interfaces between the customers and the Energy platform. In time, you will be expected to manage complete work-streams or modules independently and take the lead with other junior developers.
